History 20
Two new assignments today. First, the "Heroes of History" assignment will be due on Tues. June 19. This is also the last day to hand in an assignment for semester two. Choose an 'unsung hero' from a historical era that we covered this year, and follow the directions below:
Second, we are starting a new movie, "The Pianist" and there are some questions that correspond with the viewing. These questions are due next Friday June 15. Meet in chapel for class tomorrow!

"Development Art" presentations today! Wow! Was I impressed with these. Such variety, and deep thinking. Way to go team! We will finish these tomorrow (Pheonix, Kelsey, Jessica, Say Eh Htoo, and Crystal). After these we will begin the movie "Whale Rider", which continues with the theme of Aboriginal societies adapting and moving forward in the modern era.
